Support Methods: Depending on the Support query and your operating system I can provide support through the following methods: Win XP Remote Assistance: This is my preferred method it actually allows me to take control of your computer or see what is happening on your computer. Walkthrough video file: In certain cases I may be able to create a walkthrough video file which will enable you to fix the problem by following the steps in the walkthrough movie file. This is basically a .mov or .avi file which can be played in Windows Media Player or Real Player. It will show screen shots of an application in a movie format which will allow you to follow the video and fix the problem. By E-mail: I will send you a walkthrough set of instructions by e-mail. By MSN Messenger, ICQ or Yahoo Messenger: I will communicate with you in real time and give you instructions on how to fix the problem. Pricing: For all support issues I charge £6 per hour ($9 US Dollars or 9 Euros) (way below what a Computer Support Professional usually charges). £6 ($9 US Dollars or 9 Euros) is my minimum charge therefore if it only takes 1 minute to an hour you will only pay £6 ($9 US Dollars or 9 Euros) (rather than the usual average minimum charges of £50 or $60). The only time I would charge more is if there are additional costs involved in which case I will ask your permission and detail the costs involved before carrying out the support.
