For me to search the internet and devise a list of suitable web sites for your target audience I usually charge about £20 (30 Euros, $36 US Dollars).  This is not as simple as you think, and the list I devise will be prioritised in terms of which sites you should advertise on first and when to conduct your campaigns on each site.
