It is so annoying when you delete something and realise you shouldn't have deleted it.  Well it is possible to recover files that you have deleted as long as you have not copied over the files.  Your hard disk keeps the file until you copy over it with more data.  In general if your hard disk has plenty of free space on it, your files will still be there.

What will we do to recover your programs?

Windows XP users: We can dial in and install a file recovery program and restore all files that you ask us to restore. This program is completely free for you to use.  So you can watch us restoring your files and then in the future you can use this program to restore your own files in the future.

Non-Windows XP users: You can download the file recovery program from our web space and we will give you instructions on how to use it.

NOTE: There is always a risk when you install this file recovery program on your hard disk that it will copy over the very files that you are trying to recover. The more free space you have the less likely that this program will copy over the files you want to recover and there the more likely our file recovery process will succeed.

Pricing: 

£6 per hour ($9 US Dollars or 9 Euros) (way below what a Computer Support Professional usually charges). File Recovery usually does NOT take more than an hour, depending on how many files or directories you want to recover.

£6 ($9 US Dollars or 9 Euros) is my minimum charge therefore if it only takes 1 minute to an hour you will only pay £6  ($9 US Dollars or 9 Euros) (rather than the usual average minimum charges of £50 or $60). 

The only time I would charge more is if there are additional costs involved in which case I will ask your permission and detail the costs involved before carrying out the support.  If I don't fix the problem you don't pay anything!
