We all know how irritating it is to have problems with Printer drivers and all sorts of other hardware drivers.  Our service allows us to search the internet for old drivers or if you are having problems with the most up to date drivers we can diagnose problems for you.  If you have Windows XP we can use the remote assistance feature to download and install the drivers for you.  If you don't have Windows XP we can give you instructions on how to install the driver.

Pricing: 

£6 per hour which includes the time it has taken to find the correct driver. ($9 US Dollars or 9 Euros) (way below what a Computer Support Professional usually charges).

£6 ($9 US Dollars or 9 Euros) is my minimum charge therefore if it only takes 1 minute to an hour you will only pay £6  ($9 US Dollars or 9 Euros) (rather than the usual average minimum charges of £50 or $60). 

The only time I would charge more is if there are additional costs involved in which case I will ask your permission and detail the costs involved before carrying out the support.  If I don't fix the problem you don't pay anything!
