I currently work as a IT Technician at my current workplace which runs Two Windows 2000 Servers and over Fifty Windows XP Professional Workstations. So I have vast experience in providing PC support to basic and advanced computer users. I have an immense knowledge of NHS computer systems and Connecting for Health since my day job is working in an NHS organisation. Web Site knowledge The very first time I designed a web site was in 1998 which was my own web site directory in my personal web space. I then came up with the idea of designing a National Property advertising web site where the income would come from advertising mortgages, removal and estate agencies. I sold this web site to a company in Gloucestershire and moved onto my next web project. My next web project was an Internet Marketing Consultancy and a sister web site which provided web site marketing and design content. Again I sold these two web sites to a company in Surrey, UK. From that I went on to create a paid for advertising web site, which failed to be successful mainly because the dot com bubble burst at this point and loads of internet businesses had the plugged pulled on them by their financers. Not daunted by that failure I created another idea around transport sharing but I only launched this on a research and trial basis. I got to the semi-final of a venture capital competition in London for this transport web site. Unfortunately though, the research did not prove overwhelming so I decided not to follow through with this idea. I have certainly learnt from my successes and failures and can share this knowledge with you to make your web site successful. Now in 2007, I have 3 web sites and many blogs. My most popular web site attracts over 60,000 page views per month and rising by about 1000 per month, purely from free search engine traffic.
